BIM backed accuracy.
What is BIM?
Building Information Modelling is a modern method for producing architectural drawings. It has revolutionised the industry, however, it is typically only used in larger practices due to its high learning curve and financial outlay. Our team have extensive experience using BIM and saw the value in bringing this method to homeowners, landowners and developers.
What are the advantages of BIM?
One of the key advantages of BIM is that it allows for a more comprehensive design package. We are able to show you any part of the property with a click of a button, enabling for instant sections, elevations, 3D views, floor plans and in-office or virtual walk-throughs. The ability to generate this data instantly has proven invaluable, especially for more challenging projects where additional information is required to support an application effectively.
What you can expect from us?
You can expect a highly detailed set of drawings. We will create an intricate 3D model of your property, whilst integrating comprehensive data about every building component and its interrelations. This approach not only ensures unparalleled accuracy but also significantly reduces the risk of errors commonly encountered in traditional 2D drawings.

Where design and planning meet.
The distinction between the architectural and planning aspects of a project are often overlooked. While architects and designers specialise in creating building designs, chartered town planners excel in navigating the UK planning system, providing the highest standard of planning expertise.
We pride ourselves on being a multi-disciplinary practice with a diverse skill set. Our team includes an in-house chartered town planner who expertly handles our applications, ensuring that each proposal is thoroughly supported by planning legislation, planning policy and case law when necessary.
Our design team utilises advanced BIM software to create highly detailed planning drawings which not only communicate our proposals to clients, but support applications with 3D views and computer visuals, ensuring all necessary supportive documentation is included. Meanwhile, our technical team delivers comprehensive construction packages and manages the pre-construction phase, working closely with our structural engineering partners to ensure every aspect of your project is carefully planned and executed efficiently.
