Sulgrave Road, Hammersmith

Located in the Melrose Conservation Area of Hammersmith, this project features a newly built rooftop flat. Careful design considerations were made to integrate the rooftop terrace and dormer with the existing building, achieving a unified look with the surrounding architecture.

Coreys Cottage is a Grade II Listed property which dates back to the late 16th century, it is recognised as one of the oldest properties within Stevenage by conservation experts. The belief is that the house was once the residence of the millers, back in the days when the windmill stood adjacent. We succesfully obtained planning permission, listed building consent and a full plans approval with building control, bringing the property up to the 21st centuary.
