The internal layout was reconfigured to enhance functionality, with new en-suites added to the bedrooms. The walls were upgraded to meet the latest Part L requirements, improving internal warmth. All windows and doors are being replaced with classical-style sash windows at a 1:1.618 ratio, contributing to the overall classical aesthetic. Coreys Cottage, Stevenage

Coreys Cottage is a Grade II Listed property which dates back to the late 16th century, it is recognised as one of the oldest properties within Stevenage by conservation experts. The belief is that the house was once the residence of the millers, back in the days when the windmill stood adjacent. We succesfully obtained planning permission, listed building consent and a full plans approval with building control, bringing the property up to the 21st centuary.
