Coreys Cottage, Stevenage
Coreys Cottage is a Grade II Listed property which dates back to the late 16th century, it is recognised as one of the oldest properties within Stevenage by conservation experts. The belief is that the house was once the residence of the millers, back in the days when the windmill stood adjacent. We succesfully obtained planning permission, listed building consent and a full plans approval with building control, bringing the property up to the 21st centuary.

Through permitted development rights, we successfully added an additional story to this residential building, creating four new flats. The use of 3D models helped illustrate various site constraints, including the proposed height, allowing for a clearer understanding of the project’s design and limitations.
