Countryside Cottage, Little Hallingbury
This charming countryside cottage has undergone extensive remodeling, highlighting its traditional brick detailing and decorative banding. Our proposal included a two-storey side extension, a single-storey rear extension, and a new porch canopy. Respecting the cottage’s existing architectural details, we designed a highly detailed flank wall featuring contrasting brick soldier courses and quoining. The loft is being converted for storage, with a flat section of the roof designed to accommodate solar panels. Additionally, a new garage in red facing brickwork is planned, seamlessly blending the new additions with the original structure.

Coreys Cottage, Stevenage
Coreys Cottage is a Grade II Listed property which dates back to the late 16th century, it is recognised as one of the oldest properties within Stevenage by conservation experts. The belief is that the house was once the residence of the millers, back in the days when the windmill stood adjacent. We succesfully obtained planning permission, listed building consent and a full plans approval with building control, bringing the property up to the 21st centuary.
