Residential Annex - Grade II Listed House.

This Grade II listed property, home to a growing family, required additional space, leading to the proposal to convert an old pool storeroom into a residential annex. Positioned adjacent to the listed building, obtaining permission posed challenges, necessitating a design approach that was both thoughtful and sensitive to the historic context.

Coreys Cottage, Stevenage

Coreys Cottage is a Grade II Listed property which dates back to the late 16th century, it is recognised as one of the oldest properties within Stevenage by conservation experts. The belief is that the house was once the residence of the millers, back in the days when the windmill stood adjacent. We succesfully obtained planning permission, listed building consent and a full plans approval with building control, bringing the property up to the 21st centuary.
