Grade II Listed Barn, Barley.

This Grade II listed barn has been thoughtfully reimagined to accommodate modern family living while preserving its historic character. The interior alterations feature a spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area, achieved by removing the mezzanine floor. This change also makes room for a generously sized new bedroom, carefully designed to preserve the integrity of the original timber beams. A proposed glazed wall enhances the barn’s character, allowing natural light to flow between spaces while offering a clear view of the stunning timbers, maintaining the barn’s sense of scale and authenticity.

Coreys Cottage, Stevenage

Coreys Cottage is a Grade II Listed property which dates back to the late 16th century, it is recognised as one of the oldest properties within Stevenage by conservation experts. The belief is that the house was once the residence of the millers, back in the days when the windmill stood adjacent. We succesfully obtained planning permission, listed building consent and a full plans approval with building control, bringing the property up to the 21st centuary.
