Your Role

As a Graduate Building Surveyor, you will:

​

• Conduct measured building surveys capturing relevant site information for our design team to work from.

• Prepare detailed reports and recommendations based on survey findings.

• Assist in the preparation of plans and specifications.

• Collaborate with our design team, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.

• Stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

What We're Looking For:

​

• Education: A degree in Building Surveying or a related field, or sufficient work experience.

• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCad and or Revit). Good hand drawing skills and attention to detail, ensuring surveys can be well interpreted by others.

• Attitude: A proactive, enthusiastic, punctual, and detail-oriented approach to work, with a willingness to learn and adapt.

• Experience: Previous internships or work experience in building surveying or a related field is a plus, but not essential as we are happy to train you until you can go to sites solo. 

• Driving: Full UK driving license, fuel and milage is chargeable to the company. Use of company car as you grow in the position.
